harper contractingIn 2009 we started operations in California as part of our efforts to expand to other states, after a successful start in Utah since 1968. Harper Contracting was founded to compliment the already successful Harper Excavating in order to successfully manage and coordinate teams of construction personnel on numerous large-scale job sites. The division has established a strong network of strategic alliances and partnerships to successfully complete various multi-million dollar heavy/highway and construction projects.
